GetData B.V. processes as little personal data as possible. Here you can read which data, why and for how long.
Who is responsible
GetData B.V., based in Almere, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 98482548. For questions about your data, email brendan@getdataconsultancy.nl.
Which data and what for
Contact form: your email address and organisation, and your name and message if you enter them. I use these to get in touch with you. The message arrives in my mailbox and is stored with your details in my customer records.
CV request: your email address and organisation, your name if you enter it, the language of the page and the time of the request and download. I use these to send you the download link and to keep track of who has requested my CV.
Updates: only if you tick the 'Keep me posted' box do I use your email address to send you an occasional message about data and AI. I record the moment you gave consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing the address above.
How long I keep data
Details from both forms are deleted no later than 12 months after your last request or message, unless you gave consent for updates. If you gave consent for updates, I keep your details until you unsubscribe.
Who I share data with
With no one, except STRATO, the company that hosts this website, the database and my email. I do not sell data.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics software. Fonts are loaded from this server, not from third parties.
Your rights
You can view your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. To do so, email the address above. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
